Most data is linked to the subscriber’s account or a specific agreement because that association is necessary to retrieve documents and maintain signing records. Data sent to processors solely to provide the Service is described in the Privacy Policy.

Location permission

The app does not collect background location. It asks for foreground location in the signing flow only, immediately after explaining that location will be attached to the signature record. The current in-person signing flow requires location; a person can decline permission, but cannot submit that signature in the app until a fresh location is available.

The current mobile build does not request camera access.

User controls

  • Edit business information and service catalog details in Account settings.
  • Choose whether to proceed with the location-enabled signing workflow and manage permission in device settings.
  • Download or retain copies made available by the agreement workflow.
  • Initiate full account deletion inside the app.
  • Use the public deletion request page if you cannot access the app.

Information for App Store and Play Console declarations

Store declarations must match the exact production build and every included SDK. Based on the current production design, BTS should disclose collection of contact information, user content, precise location, purchase information, and device/security information for app functionality, account management, security, and developer communications as applicable.

Location is collected only in the in-person signing flow. Agreement content is sent to an AI processor to perform the user-requested drafting function. Email addresses and customer-review content are sent to a transactional-email processor when a user requests delivery. The app does not use data for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.

Release check

Re-check this page and both store forms whenever you add analytics, crash reporting, advertising, camera or photo access, identity verification, a new payment SDK, or another provider. Store declarations include data handled by third-party code, not only data written directly by BTS.
